2，使用登录后的用户加入tsvncn项目（http://tsvncn.tigris.org/），申请“翻译人员”和“浏览人员”的角色
3，通过审批后，checkout出http://tsvncn.tigris.org/svn/tsvncn/trunk/po
4，翻译前先修改trunk/po下的“任务与状态.txt”申请翻译的部分，并马上提交“任务与状态.txt”，然后再开始翻译
5，翻译后及时提交，同时将“任务与状态.txt”做相应修改
